SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 34 Suspending Rules                                                                            
24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                                                  
Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 119, relating to a mandatory                                                             
exemption from municipal property taxes for certain assets of the                                                               
Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority; relating to                                                                 
dividends from the Alaska Industrial Development and Export                                                                     
Authority; and relating to the meanings of "mark-to-market fair                                                                 
value," "net income," "project or development," and "unrestricted net                                                           
income" for purposes of the Alaska Industrial Development and                                                                   
Export Authority, was enrolled, signed by the President and Secretary,                                                          
Speaker and Chief Clerk and the engrossed and enrolled copies
